Yoga has many health benefits both, mental and physical. Physical poses are designed to increase strength and flexibility leading to a beautiful harmony. For the perfect balance of both we need to train the connective tissues, mainly the fascial tissue preventing overstretching or stiffness. It stabilizes body structures, helps with joint stability and enables all elements to work together.
This class focusses on activating fascial tissues and enhancing elasticity by integrating yoga and non-yoga poses. It is suitable for beginners as well as advanced yogi*nis.
