In this class we will focus on forward bends.
This class is centered around the Ajna Chakra, also known as the third eye, the seat of intuition, clarity, and inner guidance. Through a calming sequence of forward bends, we encourage introspection, stillness, and mental focus. These grounding poses help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create the space to listen to your inner voice. A deeply meditative practice that invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and connect with your inner knowing.
