Description
This class focuses on restoring balance and mobility to a foundational region of the body—the hips and pelvis. Our approach will be gentle, with less emphasis on deep stretches and active flows, and more emphasis on slow, subtle movements. Through a sequence designed to support hip mobility and the natural alignment of the pelvis, we will activate, strengthen, and bring more awareness into these areas. This will help alleviate strain in the lower body, including the low back, and allow the whole body to feel more at ease.
