Mindful Body Practice is a music-driven practice where we exercise the body to ground the mind and open the heart. In each class, you’ll alternate between strength and endurance exercises, moments of stillness, and free, expressive movement. The practice combines elements of Pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), dance, and meditation to create a full-body experience.
The focus isn’t on sculpting – it’s about feeling strong, alive, and at home in yourself. Each session is accompanied by a carefully curated playlist that guides you through a flow of effort, release, and joy.
X is suitable for all fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, honor what their body needs, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected.
