Do you feel sometimes locked up in your own body? Do you suffer from tension in the body or do you experience restlessness in your mind? This extra long class will bring you back into balance and make you feel alive. We’ll start with 2 times 12 sun salutations, (don’t worry, you can take a rest whenever you need to in between), followed by some longer yin stretches and a relaxing yoga Nidra in Savasana. During the sun salutations students will learn by repetition how to get in the flow of the sequence and how to synchronize their breath to the movements. By repetition, we will create space, the body will open and the mind will calm down. After when we’re done with the salutations we’ll move into yin and experience the effects of bringing yin and Yang into balance. At the end we let go of all tensions and turn the senses inwards with yoga Nidra.
