In this special class, we will focus on poses meant to help with sleep and relaxation, perfect for the evening.
Using yoga props (blocks and bloster or just a cushion/pillow and blanket), through the stretches in yin yoga, we will release tension in the muscles and connective tissue and through conscious breathing, perhaps tensions in the mind.
There will be a gentle approach to the poses, held from 3 to 5 minutes, with variations and modifications to fit everyone's practice and maintain a soothing energy throughout the class.
