In this session Savitri Sattoe will take you in her journey of being affected by Alopecia Areata. As a yoga teacher and ayurveda therapist she researched how and why this could happen. Having a lifestyle of a yogi and living in awareness did not prevent this happening.
Savitri will enlighten this disbalance from an ayurvedic and yoga approach.
