Description

Yin is a calming restful deep practice where the poses are held for around 3 minutes. Working into the deep connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, bones and joints, yin is a perfect compliment to other more vigorous yoga and exercise. As an online class you can just roll out of bed, grab your blanket, cushions and eye pillow and practice in the comfort of your own home! It helps to have a blanket (or 2), 2 cushions, a couple of bricks or books. If you have a bolster, bring that too!
