Join me on Saturday mornings at We Are Wellness, for an hour long class focusing on Asana. (Physical postures.) This yoga class will serve as your Saturday morning espresso, dusting off any Friday night cobwebs!
Expect a lively, calorie burning class to help stretch and strengthen both the body and mind, as we mindfully move, linking body, breath and awareness.
