Dru is a potent, flowing form of yoga that cultivates a healthy physique, a balanced mind and a contented soul.

Join me on Saturday mornings for an energising class focusing on Asana. (Physical postures.) This yoga class will serve as your Saturday morning espresso, dusting off any Friday night cobwebs!

Expect a lively, calorie burning class to help stretch and strengthen both the body and mind, as we mindfully move linking body, breath and awareness.

Each class will finish with a deep relaxation to balance your yin and yang energies.

No matter your level of fitness or flexibility, everyone can enjoy Dru Yoga. Fancy leggings not required - just bring your body, your breath and an open mind.
