Feeling frazzled after a long working week? Struggling with feelings of anxiety or overwhelm? This class is the one for you!

Combining techniques from Dru, Restorative and Meditation, this class will help you to let go of stress and tension, before sinking into deeply relaxing, restorative poses to sooth that strung out nervous system. We'll balance it all off with a grounding meditation, leaving you rejuvenated and ready to enjoy your well-earned weekend.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome, this class is suitable for all. No previous experience is necessary.

This class will use some props - please have cushions, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters or pillows at the ready. Be sure to have all your cosy, comfy soft furnishings to hand, to ease you into deep relaxation.
