Hi Yogis! I’m Sam, and I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years due to its many benefits to heal, restore, strengthen, and ground one’s physical, mental, and emotional state.
The thing I love most about yoga, is that it has the power to take you from feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and low, to feeling refreshed, calm, focused, joyful, and deeply relaxed. It is my passion to share the power of yoga with others to help them feel and be better.
I am also a qualified and practicing Physiotherapist, and believe that yoga is a fantastic tool to help protect and recover the body and mind from injury and disease.
