Ashtanga Basic (八支瑜珈初階) by Heidi
This class is suitable for beginners or those newer to Ashtanga, or if you’re returning to yoga after a break or an injury. This class will cover the standing postures, the beginning seated postures, and the finishing postures. We will build up towards a half-series practice and the pace and structure of the class will be adapted to student’s needs. Variations will be offer for the poses.
