Description

Qigong is practiced worldwide for energy cultivation: for relaxation, health, healing, spirituality and much more.

In this morning class, there is some focus on raising the energy for the day ahead, as well as cultivating inner strength, peace, and clarity to engage with modern life in a truly helpful, authentic, and meaningful way.

Through qigong practice we utilise the awareness of our body, mind, and breath; and using the gentle movement of our body and attention we can create and assist natural, healing energy to flow throughout the body.

With an interest in various areas of energy and spiritual work, I also like to share this knowledge during class to give you the confidence and skills in your own journey.

I do my best to support the individual, however they show up. And though classes are for a group, I can tailor to individual needs where necessary.

This class is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners of energy work. No need for any special equipment. You just need a suitable space to practice in. The class is tutor led, via zoom.

Please wear comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring a drink and a chair if you have trouble standing. The class is predominantly done standing, though it can also be done seated, if necessary.

Come try for yourself, and join a lovely, supportive group to practice and share with 😊🙏🏻
