A steady, flowing yoga class with a focus on alignment, strength and mindful movement. Each posture is clearly explained and broken down so you can better understand your body and move with confidence. Options and modifications are offered throughout, making the practice accessible for all levels while allowing you to build strength, awareness and ease in your body.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance and your class credit will be returned to your account. After this time, the class will be deducted as normal.

For this class you will need a mat, strap and blocks.
If you have any injuries or health conditions, please send me a text before the class on 07956 299248 so I can support you and offer appropriate options during the session.
Please note that at times you may not be able to see me during the class.
