Satya in Sanskrit means truth or true essence, through our Yoga practice we work to connect back to this working to connect back to our true essence through a connection to the senses, allowing you to deep dive into your practice on every level. Every aspect is connected to the purpose of the practice, so if the class was a grounding practice the following would be an example of the curation of your class:
Sound: each song on the playlist would be set to 7.83hz which is the vibration of the earth so this would help to ground you
Sight: the lighting would be set to red to invoke the root chakra and to induce the creation of melatonin, the relaxation chemical
Smell: the scent in the air would be using base note oils or incense to ground further
Touch: your practice would finish with the option of a grounding savasana massage using essential oils blended for this purpose
Taste: following your practice you be invited to drink a grounding or relaxing tea to complete your journey
