Description
Barre is a total body sculpting workout that is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training and ballet. Classes are low impact, emphasizing the toning of all major muscle groups and are set to fun and upbeat music. Our barre classes are designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your mind. Through a series of challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer. Small weights are optional but not a necessity. You will need either a chair or free wall space.
