I first stepped onto a yoga mat at 17. What started as a way to relieve my back pain soon turned into a lifelong passion. I am originally from the Czech Republic, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Four years ago, I moved to New Zealand, which I now call home. I believe yoga is more than just a workout, it’s a journey that transforms your body and mind. Through teaching, I can share the many benefits I’ve experienced, from enhancing flexibility and relieving stress to deepening the connection with your body. In my classes, I support the harmony between mind, body, and breath, while enhancing body awareness. After all, it's not just about perfecting the pose, it’s about how you feel and grow throughout the process. Beyond yoga, I’m passionate about nutrition, and you can often find me doing anything outdoorsy.

Description

Open level, suitable for beginners to the more experienced yogi.

Vinyāsa simply means to place in a particular way. Throughout this class we will move through a thoughtful series of asāna (postures), prāṇāyāma
(breathing techniques) and mindful exercises in order to create space, strength and equilibrium from the inside out.

This class draws from both our solar and lunar offerings.
