Hiya...

I'm Scottish of Arab descent and I've always been fascinated by different cultures, languages and traditions, particularly those of the East. This is partly what drew me towards yoga; a rich tradition which can be traced back to Northern India over 2,500 years ago. I had my first rendezvous with yoga in my early 20s and life has never been the same. After a while, my desire to delve deeper & share was too strong to ignore, so I enrolled in yoga teacher training in 2022 and now here I am!

These days, my personal yoga practice is varied and fun. It includes yin yoga, ashtanga and vinyasa. As I did my training with Seasonal Yoga, this is my favourite yoga style to teach, but I'm perpetually exploring and prone to try new things in my classes.

For me, yoga has always gone hand-in-hand with proper nutrition (my other passion). Currently, I'm training with the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH) to become a UKIHCA-certified Health & Nutrition Coach.

A calmer, more conscious, harmonious state of being is within reach of us all. I believe that yoga and a healthy lifestyle can help get us there. I would love it if you joined me, expanded this community and connected in whatever way you can ♥︎
