Did you know that 40 million people in Australia have been diagnosed with anxiety and 90 per cent of those diagnosed also have depression. The pandemic has taxed us all and our nervous systems are paying the price.

Learning the benefits of a gentle yoga practice can provide us with a tool kit of practical solutions that are specifically designed to reduce and relieve anxiety, feelings of overwhelm and cultivate inner resilience, steadiness, calm and balance.

In this short course we will unpack the topics of depression, anxiety and fatigue using evidence based practices to increase self awareness , build nervous system resilience and regulate our mental health so that we can feel stable and steady in our lives on every level, mentally , physically and emotionally.
