Restorative yoga is a gentle practice commonly referred to as ‘moving meditation’ that deeply nourishes your body, mind and nervous system. Classes include gentle stretching, breath-work and some deep relaxation to finish.

A great practice for those that suffer from anxiety, insomnia, recovering from an injury or illness, or those who find it hard to relax. You will leave these classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and lighter both physically and mentally.

Class sizes have been temporarily reduced due to COVID - 19, physical distancing and hand sanitising will be observed.
