Description

These gentle classes are specifically designed for those who are struggling with feelings of overwhelm, fear, worry, overthinking or feel distracted, reactive and have difficulty sleeping. Classes will include slow, grounding movement to unwind tension in the body/mind, breathwork to calm and soothe the mind and nervous system and mindfulness to tame the “monkey mind” and cultivate peace of mind.
Classes are capped at a maximum of 8 people to create a container of safety, acceptance and non-judgment.
Held by Seed Yoga at Temple Retreat, 580A Grandview Rd, Pullenvale 4069.
