A slightly more energetic class than restorative but still gentle enough for all levels. These classes include gentle flowing movements designed to warm and unwind. These classes are gently energising using the breath and movement to stretch and rejuvenate both the body and mind.

Suitable for all levels with variations and modifications offered throughout the class. You will leave this class feeling energised and mentally uplifted.
