Join Tanya and Mese for a nourishing afternoon of yoga and ayurvedic cooking for digestive health at Temple Retreat Pullenvale.
We will begin the day with some yoga asana to support, alleviate and heal digestive complaints and enjoy learning how to make ghee, coriander paste, kitchari and a detox soup. We will enjoy a nourishing lunch together and learn about how the foods we eat can have a direct impact on the way we feel and enhance feelings of inner peace and mental clarity by nourishing our bodies with a high vibration and sattvic diet.
Included are take home recipes, homemade ghee, digestive tea and coriander paste.
