Description
CAN'T SIT STILL?
SCATTERED THOUGHTS?
RACING MIND?
FEELING WIRED BUT TIRED?
Yoga can help.
I have ADHD too, so I get it!
Over the years, yoga has been one of the most valuable practices in my life, helping me feel more grounded and regulated physically, mentally and emotionally.
These classes are designed with the ADHD brain in mind. We start with movement to release excess energy and restlessness before gently exploring breathing, grounding and stillness.
There's no pressure to sit perfectly still, concentrate or get anything right.
Just come as you are.
Maximum 10 participants
Weekly on Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm
Held by Seed Yoga at Temple Retreat
580A Grandview Rd, Pullenvale 4069
