STRESS LESS Workshop for TEENS - Tips , Tricks and Tidbits for Managing Stress, Anxiety & Overwhelm.

This interactive workshop is designed to empower and inspire teens to manage stress, build resilience and create some calm from the busyness and overwhelm in their lives.
In this workshop we will learn practical ways to improve productivity and focus, learn breathing exercises to manage stress and overwhelm and relaxation strategies to reduce worry and improve mindfulness.
We will start the day with a flow yoga class and finish with a guided visualisation.

$45 Early bird - book by mid September or $55 thereafter. Maximum of 10.
