Mental/Emotional imbalance can show up in many ways, such as worry, insomnia, feelings of overwhelm, eating issues, low self-esteem and feeling sluggish, disconnected and bored with life.
Emotional balance IS POSSIBLE and the way to good mental health is not just in the mind but in our bodies too.
This course will teach you practical and effective methods for managing stress and building new habits to balance anxiety and lift depression.
Cultivating and integrating the tools of breath and body centred exercises will help you create progressive and lasting change, mental and emotional strength and put you on the path to feeling much better.
This would suit anyone struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD or eating issues.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS
This is deep and profound work, only for the brave and courageous. Healing is not linear, it is a process, there is nowhere to “get to“ during this immersion. As it is a progressive and immersive experience in a 3 week sacred container it is important that you are committed to showing up to all sessions.
