The Multi Barre Method™️ was created to provide a safe workout for people with all body types, and all levels of experience.
The movements are a blend of core activation, glute strengtheners, arm, leg and back toners all performed with modern postural alignment cues.
The goal of a Multi Barre class is to sweat, and get your muscles burning and shaking…while you smile and have a little fun along the way! These classes produce immediate results in a safe and effective way.
In Multi Barre, the barre is used as a prop to balance while the practitioner repeats exercises that focus on iso-metric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements
