In the Yin class, you’ll move through slow, gentle stretches designed to release deep-seated tension and improve flexibility. The held poses will help you relax, ground yourself, and create a sense of mindfulness as you connect with your breath and body.
Afterward, let yourself fully unwind with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations, as you are guided through a meditation to bring you into a deeply peaceful state. The healing sounds help clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical healing, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
No experience of yoga or sound baths are necessary—just bring an open heart and a desire to relax and unwind.
