Join us as we welcome the longest day of the year with a sunrise sound bath by the sea. Breathe in the fresh morning air, ground yourself in nature, and allow the healing frequencies to wash over you.
✨ What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Blanket/layers (could be chilly)
• & an open heart
