Get sensual and slinky in Clare’s Beginner Heels & Floorwork workshop!
We’ll start with a warm up followed by some heels technique (balance, walks, posture etc.) and some introductions to floorwork.
Next we'll learn a short choreography that incorporates what we've learned during the technique section. (Wearing heels is optional, however they are beneficial for this workshop - I recommend a heel with good ankle support that you feel secure in - I use an ankle boot stiletto that laces up in the front for extra support) - Dress however you feel comfortable as long as it lets you move freely.
Please bring kneepads if you have them - there will be a couple of spares to borrow if needed.

This workshop is open to all genders - just bring yourself, a positive attitude and an openness to learn in a judgement free space! :)
