Description

Learning the principles and fundamentals of Pilates with Abbie.

Pilates is a great way to get in to shape, improve flexibility, improve posture and mobility, decrease back pain and muscular tension; and increase core strength and stability.

This class will cater for beginner to intermediate level, however it is not suitable for clients who are injured or are recovering from an injury. Please speak with Abbie before booking into a class if you have an injury, you may benefit from one on one sessions first to recover sufficiently and to be safe and well enough to attend group classes.

One class per week for 6 weeks.

Class dates are as follows:

Week 1: Tues 13th Aug - 9.30am to 10.25am
Week 2: Tues 20th Aug - 9.30am to 10.25am
Week 3: Tues 27th Aug -9.30am to 10.25am
Week 4: Tues 3rd Sept -9.30am to 10.25am
Week 5: Tues 10th Sept - 9.30am to 10.25am
Week 6: Tues 17th Sept - 9.30am to 10.25am


Classes are 55 minute duration.
