Slow Mat Pilates - Moss Vale
Pilates is a great way to get in to shape, improve flexibility, improve posture and mobility, decrease back pain and muscular tension; and increase core strength and stability.
This class is a little slower and more gentle than the mixed-ability classes and is suitable for Pre and Post pregnancy (Once cleared with by your GP).
You are also welcome to bring little ones along to class. (Due to the equipment and the safety we can only have pre-crawlers/walkers in the studio. Prams welcome.
Classes are 45 minute duration.
Booking is essential to ensure a space.
