A prenatal yoga class offered in the picturesque Southern Highlands. In this beautiful class you will be guided by Roxanne Hayes, a qualified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Wellness Coach, through Yoga and Ayurveda practises that are specific to supporting you during your pregnancy. Cultivate and nurture your innate wisdom to grow and birth your baby and to connect with other mamas-to-be on the same journey.
