Karlijn started yoga 12 years ago and teaches yin, gentle flow and vinyasa at Be.you.tiful by Sevi Studio. Her yoga is accessible to beginners as well as yogi's with experiences. The classes help you to get into your body, be playful, and get healthy all at the same time. Karlijn works with clear cues to help you get into poses in a safe and aligned way, making it accessible also to older people and people that have just started yoga.

The perfect class for anyone who wants to calm their body and mind while moving at the same time.
This class is a dynamic but gentle and slow movement practice. It will help you to reconnect with your body and provides time to get into the poses with help of the teacher. We always start with a warm-up and stretches of the toes, feet, ankles, legs, arms, wrists and hands. After that there are 2 to 3 rounds of movement in a slow vinyasa sequence. This can contain low lunges, modified side plank, chaturanga on the knees, and slow sun salutations.
The temperature is around 25 degrees, warming up the body while relaxing the muscles.
