Anxiety arises when our minds are too busy and we don't have the tools to bring our focus away from it. The mind's job is to think, but we can calm our thought waves by learning how to direct our focus.

This 4-class series is designed to give you practices to help calm anxiety, soothe the nervous system, and help you connect with a lasting inner peace. Practicing together for 30 minute sessions allows for the cultivation of longer focus, curbing the current trend of short attention span.

Currently being backed by science but known for thousands of years in the yogic tradition, meditation (now known as mindfulness) is the timeless method for cultivating an inner awareness that not only helps you flow with daily life, but actually makes life as a whole more blissful. You will be able to use the practices learned between sessions and see the progress you can make in just a short time.
