For many of us, our lives are dynamic and the responsibilities we carry can get heavy on many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. Consciously letting go of everything you're holding on to, as important as it all is, we've found to be very effective in improving our quality of life.

Join Jatila for a soothing evening yoga class that will allow you the space, time, and support to let it all go and experience deep nourishment inside your own heart. All-levels and all are welcome.

In-person, mats and props provided.

Activate your body's deep natural strength and break out of your normal patterns of movement that keep you bound. We'll play with filling space, expand our range of movement, and let our natural breathing guide us to a deeper level of awareness. Let go of what you think you know and move into what you FEEL. This class will move you toward a sense of being that doesn't go away after lunch but stays with you throughout the week.

Optional offering: after yoga Jatila will guide a 15 minute meditation with a focus on deepening the stillness gained from the movement practice.

*If attending online, sign up at least an hour before class. Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead so you have time to work out any technical problems should they arise. Once we begin, Jatila will not be able to help troubleshoot. Attendee microphones should be muted during class, but feel free to unmute and ask questions when we conclude!
