Sacred Space Yoga retreat May 14-17th 2027

The retreat will start on Friday July 14th at 4:30pm with an opening ceremony and finish on Monday July 17th at 2pm with a closing ceremony.

Give yourself a moment to pause, relax and rejuvenate over 4 days in the magic of Les Cévennes.
Each morning begins with meditation and breathwork, followed by a light snack of fresh fruit and nuts before an embodied movement practice. A nourishing lunch, prepared with wholesome local ingredients, is then served, followed by time to rest and enjoy the afternoon at your own pace. You may choose to book a massage or an acupuncture session (both available at an additional cost), or simply explore the beautiful surroundings.
In the late afternoon, we'll gather for tea before turning inward with a gentle Yin or restorative yoga practice. The day concludes with a delicious evening meal shared together.
On one evening, after dinner, we'll come together for an ecstatic dance session, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.
There will be:
3 meditation and breathwork practices (in the morning)
3 Morning movement practices
2 Yin classes
1 Restorative practice
1 Estatic dance and sound healing evening

Yoga mats and all the necessary props will be provided, although you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
All meals are lovingly prepared at Lou Rey using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Vegan options and dietary requirements, including gluten intolerance and other food allergies, can be accommodated.
