About Shauna Morgan Yoga

Hey, I'm Shauna. I am a primary school teacher turned yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience and over 500 Hours of Training, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have a deep interest in the nervous system and how yoga can guide us back to our bodies. After completing my 200-hour training with Hearts of Courage Yoga, I continued to deepen my practice with a 300-hour training with Ulu Yoga in Bali. Having experienced illness and anxiety in the past, yoga became a transformative part of my life and it inspires the way I teach today.

My aim is to help people come home to their bodies, to support nervous system regulation through yoga, allowing students to build trust in themselves and their bodies. I am passionate about sharing the tools that helped me, and I hope to hold space for others to experience the strength, calm, and connection that yoga can bring.

Alongside my adult classes, I also teach children's yoga and bring my experience as a qualified primary school teacher to create safe, engaging spaces for younger yogis.

I also offer regular retreats, corporate and private yoga sessions as well as free monthly sunrise events in Bettystown, Co. Meath.
