About Sheila Bunnell Yoga
Sheila Bunnell began teaching and practicing Iyengar Yoga over two decades ago. She continues her education in the Iyengar Yoga system, working with the Iyengar family and other Senior Instructors from the system in the states and abroad. She became certified through the Iyengar Association of the US in 2006 and is currently certified through them at the Junior Intermediate I Level.
Sheila has studied several times with BKS Iyengar and members of his family here in the US and in India. She became certified through the Iyengar Association of the US in 2006 and is currently certified through them at the Junior Intermediate I Level.
Sheila’s main teaching schedule is online now, where she teaches classes and workshops. She also teaches annual live classes and workshops in Owego NY as well as Middletown CT
