In a welcoming, supportive environment, we’ll guide you through the basics of yoga — from simple postures and breathing techniques to gentle flows that build strength, balance, and flexibility.

Each week focuses on helping you:

🌿 Learn safe alignment and mindful movement
💫 Build body awareness and calm your mind

You don’t need to be flexible or fit — just curious and open to learning. By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more centred, and ready to step into regular yoga classes with confidence.
