To close out our month of Connection, this special Yin/Yang class invites you to explore connection in its fullest expression — effort and ease, strength and softness, self and community.

We’ll begin with Yang-inspired movement to build heat, energy, and embodied presence, connecting you to your breath and strength. From there, we’ll transition into Yin postures, slowing right down to nourish the nervous system, deepen awareness, and create space to truly listen inward.

This class is an invitation to notice how connection shows up — in your body, your breath, and in the shared energy of practicing together. A chance to arrive fully, move mindfully, and then soften, before coming together for our social connection off the mat.

Come as you are. Move, rest, and connect — with yourself and with each other.
