Heidi is a yoga instructor and a yoga therapist in training. A dedicated Ashtanga practitioner herself and an experienced Ashtanga Mysore assistant for Nigel Marshall at Pure Yoga., she is passionate to share the joy and benefits of Ashtanga. Over the years of practice, Heidi has learnt from a number of experienced Ashtanga teachers, including Laruga Glaser, Kino Macgregor and Adam Keen. Heidi emphasizes on the safety and accessibility of yoga practice. Encourage students to raise body awareness and search for the alignment that fits the unique body structure of their own.

Description

This therapeutic yoga class focuses on spinal mobility and strength. Through mindful movement, and gentle stretches, you’ll learn how to take care of the spine while cultivating body awareness.
