墊上的修習讓我從心急衝動中學會放慢腳步,調整了生活節奏與心態。「沒有絕對的好,沒有絕對的壞。」練習不止於瑜伽墊,而是生活的延伸:在呼吸與停留之間,找到平衡與接納。
