Aromatherapy and yoga are natural companions, complementing each other to create a more profound experience for participants.

Yin yoga emphasizes the practice of introspection. However, in today's fast-paced world, many people find it challenging to slow down and truly connect with their inner selves.

By thoughtfully incorporating scent into the practice, it acts as a guiding compass, helping participants focus more easily on their breath. As the aroma of essential oils gently envelopes them, they are encouraged to let go and embark on an inner journey, allowing the mind and body to fully relax and embrace the present moment.
