自2018年開始分享瑜伽,陪伴大家透過體式提升覺察,將正念融入身心與生活。 墊上的修習讓我從心急衝動中學會放慢腳步,調整了生活節奏與心態。「沒有絕對的好,沒有絕對的壞。」練習不止於瑜伽墊,而是生活的延伸:在呼吸與停留之間,找到平衡與接納。 所想的好與壞都只是過程,練習讓我們學會擁抱全部的自己。

The science of breathwork, combined with the practice of Yin Yoga, can help improve posture and support the health of the immune and nervous systems.
