Vinyasa, derived from Sanskrit, means "to move in a smooth and continuous way from one posture to another." This dynamic sequence of movements enhances the body's fluidity and flexibility. A low-intensity Vinyasa flow, gently linking poses together, is perfect for practitioners who prefer a softer practice while still seeking to invigorate their energy and vitality.
