* Encourages students to cultivate awareness of the body, mindful breathing, and presence in the moment
* Not limited to physical postures; class includes practical yoga philosophy and insights for daily life—how we respond to challenges, emotions, and habitual patterns
* Welcomes practitioners of all levels, with a focus on respecting individual bodies, needs, and limitations
* Supports students in exploring and developing a safe, sustainable, and personalized practice
* Incorporates the use of props and tools to enhance the learning experience
* After class, students will walk away with:
* A deeper sense of self-awareness
