Heidi is a yoga instructor and a yoga therapist in training. A dedicated Ashtanga practitioner herself and an experienced Ashtanga Mysore assistant for Nigel Marshallย atย Pureย Yoga., she is passionate to share the joy and benefits of Ashtanga.
Over the years of practice, Heidi has learnt from a number of experienced Ashtanga teachers, including Laruga Glaser, Kino Macgregorย andย Adamย Keen.
