Description

Rooted in the twelve primary meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is a thoughtfully designed practice that gradually activates and balances the flow of Qi (vital energy) and blood throughout the body. By targeting the twelve major meridians, this practice helps restore the natural vitality and function of the organs. Aligning with the principles of seasonal wellness, this class adapts to the needs of each season—for example, during autumn, when the air becomes dry, special emphasis is placed on stimulating the Lung meridian to strengthen lung function and alleviate symptoms such as respiratory sensitivity and shortness of breath. Beyond addressing common urban ailments, this practice also integrates the TCM Five Elements theory, focusing on the connection between emotions and organ health, to promote holistic well-being and harmony between body and mind.
